Yisha Chang M. Sc. Founder & Broker
Yisha began her career in the sciences, earning a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from McGill University, where her training emphasized medical research, data interpretation, and rigorous analytical thinking. Her academic background developed a strong foundation in hypothesis-driven research, complex problem-solving, and evidence-based decision-making.
She went on to work in medical device field at Abbott Point of Care, where she was deeply involved in large-scale data analysis, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional problem solving. In this environment, Yisha routinely analyzed complex datasets, translated technical findings into actionable insights, and supported strategic decisions for internal stakeholders — skills that now directly inform her approach to real estate advisory.
With a natural eye for opportunity, Yisha transitioned into real estate through investment projects, quickly developing a niche in commercial real estate. Today, as an established broker, she combines analytical rigor with strategic market insight to guide clients through complex transactions. From industrial and retail leasing to multi-tenant investment properties, she works with business owners, landlords, and investors to position assets for long-term performance, risk mitigation, and value optimization.
